About us
Supporting Partnerships in Education & Beyond is in a powerful season of reinvention. We are building the next generation of parent leaders—connected across Washington State, grounded in data and community stories, and committed to advocating for systems that truly support families living along the margins. Supporting Partnerships in Education & Beyond now serves Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities across King, Pierce, Thurston, and Snohomish Counties, creating spaces where parents can grow their leadership, strengthen their voice, and mobilize for change. Through deep partnerships with families and organizations statewide, we are cultivating a vibrant network of parent leaders who are shaping more just, responsive, and family-centered education systems for all.
Mission
Supporting Partnerships in Education & Beyond empowers parents—especially those from Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities—to build collective power, elevate their voices, and drive systemic change that creates equitable, family-centered education systems across Washington State and beyond.
Vision
We envision a Washington State where parents are recognized as leaders and decision-makers, where community knowledge drives policy, and where every child experiences an education system that is just, responsive, and centered in belonging.
